Your personal information forms part of our contract between us.

The information we are legally required to collect about you includes your name, address, email address, your phone number, details of your pet/s, veterinary practice used, emergency contact person, their mobile number, address and email address.

We will never collect any additional information without informing you first.

You can check the details we have by emailing us and will delete any inaccuracies promptly.

We will not share any of the information with any third party unless specified by law. Local authority officers have a right to see your data and your vet may need your emergency contact number and will probably cross check your address.

We must retain your records for two years.
